During the 1960s, spanish cities experienced a population growth boom unlike anything seen in Spain for decades, which made it necessary to quickly create affordable housing. Those urban developments currently are outdated in terms of the housing needs of the 21st century.
Low ceilings, highly compartmentalized spaces, deficient electrical and plumbing installations and poor natural lighting are some points to improve in these homes, which, when updated, can result in a property with great potential.
